Limitation of Liability

Motion4Sim LLC provides the Servo Motion Controller "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No Liability for Damages: Motion4Sim LLC, its affiliates, employees, or partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the Servo Motion Controller.

2. Assumption of Risk: The user assumes all risks associated with the installation, configuration, and operation of the Servo Motion Controller. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the correct setup and operation in accordance with all safety guidelines and best practices.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee: Motion4Sim LLC does not guarantee that the Servo Motion Controller will operate without errors, interruptions, or compatibility issues with specific hardware or software configurations.

4. Proper Use Required: The Servo Motion Controller is intended for motion simulation applications only. Any unauthorized modifications, improper usage, or failure to comply with safety recommendations voids any claims against Motion4Sim LLC.

5. Indemnification: By using this product, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Motion4Sim LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from improper use or failure of the Servo Motion Controller.
